A Witnessing Workshop to Help You Understand Your LDS Neighbors and Share Jesus with Clarity and Care
Join us for a special morning of exploring the theological differences between Mormonism and Christianity and how to communicate the true gospel to Mormons.
If you have Latter-day Saint (LDS) friends, neighbors, coworkers, or family members, you may feel both a desire and a hesitation: How do I have meaningful conversations without being awkward, argumentative, or getting lost in unfamiliar terms?
This workshop is designed to help.
Over one focused morning, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of LDS beliefs and culture, learn how certain words can mean very different things in LDS vs. biblical Christianity, and walk away with practical ways to build relationships and have gospel-centered conversations that are both truthful and loving.

9:00 am–10:15 am: Behold the Power of the Word
- An inspiring and practical session led by Pastor Wayne Uhlhorn. At the heart of this presentation is the story of Braden, a faithful Mormon whose life was changed when he encountered the Bible on its terms. Through his journey, you’ll see the unmatched power of God’s word to rescue, restore, and redirect a life.
10:15 am–10:30 am: Break
10:30 am–11:30 am: Seven Tips for Witnessing
- Learn seven memorable, practical witnessing strategies you can apply in conversations with Mormons and others.
11:30 am–12:00 pm: Jesus Is Enough
- Hear about the newest outreach arm of Truth in Love Ministry, designed to bring hope to questioning Latter-day Saints through stories and scriptural truth.
Whether you’re seasoned in witnessing or just beginning, this session workshop will renew your confidence that the Bible is enough—and Jesus is, too.
